5.1 Digital Courses, Live Classes & Subscriptions
- By purchasing, you consent to immediate access and therefore waive your 14-day right to cancel under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013.
- Digital courses, live online classes, and related materials are non-refundable once access has been granted.
- Subscriptions renew automatically (monthly or annually, depending on your plan). You may cancel at any time, but cancellations take effect at the end of the current billing cycle. No partial refunds will be given.
5.2 In-Person Events
- 30+ days before the event: Full refund
- 15–29 days before the event: 50% refund
- 0–14 days before the event: No refund

- All content, courses, and materials remain the property of MindfulSoul.
- You may not copy, reproduce, distribute, or exploit our content without permission.
- MindfulSoul’s courses, classes, and events are designed to support wellbeing and personal growth, and may incorporate hypnotherapy and counselling-based approaches. While our services are delivered by trained professionals, they are not a substitute for medical diagnosis, psychiatric treatment, or emergency care.
- If you are experiencing a medical or mental health crisis, you should seek immediate help from your doctor, mental health professional, or emergency services.
- To the fullest extent permitted by law, MindfulSoul shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages
- Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid for the relevant Service.
